The ability to thrive and create a vision for work in a fast-paced, iterative, and unstructured environment is critical.

You will have the unique opportunity to make an impact right off the bat and work directly with our senior executives. You can impact strategic decisions, such as designing the business models, assisting with roadmap planning, evaluating vender’s service and products, or engaging in merger and acquisition of other startups’ assets. You will widen your network exponentially and meet world-class stylists, engineers, scientists, inventors and founders.

As a Brand Designer, you are part of the technology teams. The tech team is the power source of our whole company, allowing other teams to innovate and scale. We use an agile scrum framework to ship cutting-edge technology rapidly. You will also work closely with the marketing team, which is a key driver for the startup’s growth and traction.

As a Digital Product UX/UI Designer, you will design a variety of Taelor’s technologies — consumer website, subscriber membership platform, operational tools (inventory management, styling, fulfillment tool including picking, packing, cleaning and returning process tracking), online-offline experience, recommendation engines and more.

UX/UI Designer help creatively solve big, complicated, real-world problems by focusing on people and doing the simple things first. We develop quality experiences for some of the world’s most challenging problems such as sustainability and circular fashion.

You will ensure a consistent and strong creative narrative of Taelor’s value proposition reaches a wide range of audience across the U.S., which contributes to the non-subscriber conversion rate. You will also design a frictionless experience for subscribers to communicate with their personal stylist, add items to wishlist, share their preference and goals, track shipments, review rented items, share their outfit photos, purchase rented items, refer friends, sign up to be our ambassadors and more. In addition, you will work with our stylists, clothing buyers, and warehouse workers to design a seamless operational tool to help them streamline their workflow and increase their productivity. You will help develop a timeless brand, elevate and raise the quality of design work, and demonstrate advocacy for design-led experiences and systems.

You will utilize a full range of product design skills to contribute to high-level strategic decisions with the rest of the tech and executive teams. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in design thinking, user research, usability testing, brand architecture, has business sense, and has the ability to create outstanding website and app user experience and visual designs.
